William C. Fanning, Jr | Attorney

Bill Fanning has been in private practice since 1993, focusing on family law issues with an emphasis on divorce, child custody, and support.  Mr. Fanning served five years as an Adjunct Professor of Family Law & Paralegal Studies at the College of Southern Maryland, La Plata Campus.  He has had unprecedented success in obtaining winning settlements for his clients.

Mr. Fanning's great understanding of the complicated issues involved with employment law matters as well as general business law and civil litigation has ensured courtroom success in these areas as well.  Mr. Fanning has favorably represented personal injury claimants and criminal defendants throughout their often complex cases.  He has experience appearing before the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and the District of Maryland, and the U.S. Court of Appeals.
